I would like to join, too. I am at 151.8 today and would like to be at 131.8 by Halloween. That would be awesome. I hope to keep it off too. Thanks for the great idea.

I am 5'3" as well and thing I might look a little sick looking if I were 120 but the actually Healthy range is 107-141. That is considered healthy. So My goal is to be in the 130s. Good Luck. And don't give up.

When you are hungry and you know you shouldn't be and you have no more calories to use drink water. It will make you feel full and by the time your body gets rid of the extra water you would have forgotten you had the munchies.
