I do the mornings, about 10am after kids to school etc. then try to do a bit more in the afternoon but not in the evenings yet.

on just the weights it's about 30 mins a day, not to aggressively though

I had the same problem as was considering some laxatives, but i started taking the green tea extract capsules and the problem ended there. It might have been a coincident but i don't care as long as i can go...

I only have one leg and the only knee i have hurts like hell but they are all kind of things you can do, Weights are good - start small and increase it as you get better at it, I had no weights until Thursday last week, I used to lift the 5 liter water bottles at first then other things to add weight. Just be careful…

I use my Mac, all the rest of the family have the other type, my sons Dell died, replaced and now that's also dead - waist of money I know Mac are expensive but they last for years. My daughters samsung is about the best windows laptop we have had, it's good but it has had 3 chargers so far.

I spent my whole childhood in care from the age of 3 up and went to some good and bad foster homes, It really sound like them too little girls are very lucky in having you and your wife. Just don't bring those foods in the house, I know it's dam hard but it's got to be done, make a menu and stick to it so when shopping you only buy what you need. no temptation in the house. it's very hard at first and the cravings will drive you mad but if you can get through a few weeks it will get easier as you go along.

My wrists are MASSIVE.... They always have been, I have a 3" gap between my finger and thumb and i can feel the bone right there just under the surface. I may never be Thin but still need to lose loads but i wrists and body frame will always be large
