The cycling is amazing, i would love to be able to cycle but i have a disability that stops me, ( I only have one leg) but i still like to watch it on the tv. and the rowing is also great.
-
I have a few little disabilities that make it a little harder to lose weight, due to been less active than others. The main one is that i lost a full leg when i was run over by a drunk when i was 20 back 1986, it was amputated right up by my hip so it can be difficult to do some things, as I have no "false leg" right now…

I have never eaten canned fruit, what's the point in that. Fresh fruit is readily available in most places, i would never have given canned fruit any consideration

All sounds good and true, don't know why someone unfriended you because you told them the truth,
-
I have Never eaten a weight watchers type anything, you don't need them at all. they are just cashing in on our insecurities. Just eat as sensible as you can, good clean homemade food is the best, no nasty surprises inside
-
Thanks a million :-)
-
Amazing loss, you look fantastic, the difference is great and easily noticed. well done mate!

Doing better this round, i had a holiday/vacation in the middle of the last round and that messed things up for me (my fault entirely) but i will do better this time :-)

I have a cat called Poppy, he is about 6 years old and gets the hell pampered out of him by my 16 year old daughter. and a Miniature Schnauzer dog called Mollie, (profile pic) she is just over a year old and is the baby of the house, totally spoiled rotten, great to see the cat and dog getting along so well in the house.…

yer it's a great book, full of good ideas and motivational stuff as well but it's a easy read if you know what i mean, nothing mind blowing, but thats why i think it works, good basic stuff with no quick fixes. It convinced me and i'm very skeptical about things. i would say get the book or you can get free pod casts.
-
I'm just starting it, i think it makes sense, if we are thinking of the same thing here, eg. eat like a 120 lb person to become a 120 lb person type of idea from the fat2fit book.

My cats name is Poppy.

If you place the eggs to be boiled in a sause pan with cold water to cover them, bring to the boil, take off the heat and cover the pan with a lid, let them stand for 11 minutes then after your 11 minzs are…

Porridge seems keeps me fuller for longer, i have a little honey in it just to make it a little sweeter, sometimes a banana chopped into slices mixed in the porridge is nice, just for a change.
