body fat scale recommendations?

Hi! I have been working on getting healthier now for almost 3 months. I currently use a HRM to work out (Polar FT7) based largely on recommendations from people here on MFP.

I am fully aware that success is not just numbers on the scale. I am doing an 8 week challenge at a facility where they do periodic assessments. One of the assessments done is a weigh-in. The machine gives a breakdown of body weight, including body fat percentage and lean muscle mass. I like this information--even though the weight total does not always change dramatically, the proportions of fat to muscle have changed. This is encouraging and helps me stay the course. I am fully aware that measurements and how my clothes fit are also ways to measure progress.

As the membership period is close to expiration and I am not confident that we can find the funds for me to continue with this program, I have started looking at purchasing a body fat scale. Does anyone out there use one and/or do you have recommendations for me? Both in terms of features to look for and those that have very limited utility? Any super reliable brands or brands that have been disappointing? I welcome your feedback on this topic. Thanks so much in advance for any input you can give me! Thanks.

Bodyfat scales are garbage. BIA is not an accurate way to track body composition.
