Besides adding some cardio what I would do is take a look at the rest time between sets during strength training . The lower the interval the higher the heart rate thus more chances of fat burn and toning . My 2 cents :)

When u say u don't see any changes you mean in the mirror or the weigh scale ?

If u want lactose and carb free try the isopure protein . For me it's worked much better than whey proteins

Yea seeing from all the advices I am gathering here it seems 0.5 lbs is more realistic but u know With the summer around the corner we all kind of panic and think 0.5 just doesn't quite cut it (no pun intended )

Hi Carolyn's In your post there was not anything about loosing weight. I am following pretty much the same guidelines about diet as you mentioned but idea is too loose 5 kg without loosing an ounce of muscle :)

My take on that would be about 800 calories ...but gotta see a pic of chicken Bhunaand pakoras to be sure :))
