I feel like I'm in the same boat. I am stuck around 166-168 for what seems like the past month. Im doing everything Im supposed to do but the scale doesnt seem to budge. Not sure what I should do differently, if anything. :indifferent:

I'd like to be whatever size my body says I am when I reach my goal of 150-145. Not sure what that'll be but it'll be better than what I am now! (Although not complaining about my loss thus far! I am always a work in progress!)

I have been having the same issues as well. Not sure what to do to eat more because the amount I have been eating seems to be enough to fill me up. I don't want to mindlessly eat to make up for calories.
