Thank you for your feedback. Great advice and insight. I do use a heartrate monitor and I love it as it not only tracks calories burned but it motivates me as well. I just got bags of edamame and I love them. They help as there are lots and it takes a while to eat. I cook a bag before studying and just eat on them as I go. I am with you. A pound a week is my average. Stick with it. Your hard work is paying off and you are healthier even if you aren't getting the results you want yet. Patience is something I struggle with as well, but keep at it and you will look back at where you were today and be thankful you didn't quit.

I found Crepes at Albersons that are only 50 calories each, and filled them with strawberries and a little fat free cool whip. Delicious! No one would even know it is low calorie. Just a simple idea.
