Hello Neighbor, I'm from Northern Mass. Best of luck to you and your weight loss journey! Try not to get down on yourself if you can't make it to the gym, try to go out and and take a walk or just make sure you are logging your food and staying within your calories. OK FRIDAY WEIGH IN, weighed in at 260 last week after gaining some weight back, exercised a lot this week and scaled in at 255!! So excited to keep up working out...goal is to get to 10 pounds lost by next weigh in, wish me luck. Andrea
