I know the majority of the day is over, but I want to set a goal to finish this day strong. I have been doing so well today, I don't want to sabotage it all when I get home. I will stick to my dinner plans, and I will NOT snack snack snack.

Hey everyone! How was your weekend? We got a bit of sun here in Washington. My weigh ins are on Wednesdays, but I peaked this morning at saw that I got down to 268 (I was 283 Beginning of March!). Happy to see the scale go down, and it gives me more motivation to keep going.

Do you go low on carbs AND Cals? I am so confused. I kept my carb intake at 20 NC for 2 weeks, then on the 3rd week which was last week, I went up to 25 NC....I weighed myself and gained 2 pounds. I was very tempted at dinner tonight- Mother in law made soda bread, corned beef, along with cabbage-potatoes carrots on the side. No shortage of Guiness, Baileys, and Jameson. I powered through, and was able to have no alcohol, and corned beef and cabbage for dinner.
