has anyone experienced a trouble sleeping after cutting out late night snacking? I stopped eating after 9 about a week or so ago..and honestly since then I have had problems staying asleep

Morning everyone, weigh in today 1 pound down! Puts me at 254..so that's almost 10 pounds lost and 24 more pounds to go.

You know me too, I was told yesterday to just concentrate on the day to day....and you know what tomorrow is another new day..and next week a new week. Just focus on short term goals and we will get there!! My goals for the rest of this week is to work out 2 times for at least 20 minutes

The green tea is fine, people either love it or hate it... I am actually drinking it to try to get myself from drinking coffee everyday..it actually does give you a little energy boost. Good for you with the running...and I love me some bacon sandwich lol.

weird I have a watch with a chest strap and I usually come over as burning more calories than the machine I am on. I agree that the watch with the chest strap is cleverer than the machine.

I am working through this problem..junk food is very hard to resist at first because our bodies are addicted to it. I am starting on Monday to try to cut out all preservatives and such out of my diet..sort of a body rehab I guess. My sister did this and she said that it gets easier after a few weeks. Ok so I usually go to bed around 11, haha I am typing this at 2 13..its friday I went out. So if I got to bed at 11 then I guess that means I am going to make 830 my cut off..this will be a challenge...anyone a midnight monster snacker? I literally wake up sometimes..and it always seems to be around 3 or 4 in the morning…

Happy weigh in day everyone! Last week I scaled in at 259 , I just weighed myself and the scale said 255 WOOT WOOT. Despite not working out this week (so far I am gonna try to get my butt out there today) I did stay within my calorie goals for most of the week. I hope I lose next week. Andrea
