I was sore on the third day but I kept going.. the pain went away. I did warm up on my own before I started the warmup with Jillian, it helped me.

I'm having the same issue, I dont go over my calories, the system even tells me sometimes that I'm eating too few calories because I try to stay withing the 1,200 calories that I'm allowed plus I exercise.. but in 2 months, I've only lost 4 lbs.. and this week, I lost zero! I started at 170 and now I'm at 167... I wish I could say half way there but not yet.. I have tried though really hard, but I'm not stopping. I will continue my journey.

I haven't lost enough weight for people to ask how I did it, This is my second month tracking all my calories and working out, but I have told people about it and none of them have signed up yet with the exception of my sister who is also following up her calorie intake and stuff.

I think you are eating too little, you have to go to your settings and find out how many calories you should be eating. You have to enter your age, weight, height, etc.. and the system will tell you how many you should be eating.
