  • You are not being weird at all. Unexplained bruising can be a sign of a seriouis medical condition. Please make an appointment to see your doctor. Monitor the bruise and if it becomes painful, swollen or warm to the touch please seek immediate medical advice.
  • I am a DD also and I was having trouble keeping supported during work outs. I found a "racer back" bra from glamorize that gives me good support and it closes in the front. I works good and you dont spend and arm and a leg for it, just an arm. lol:bigsmile:
  • My hubby makes the sweet potato fries but, he uses nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. We eat them with lean turkey burgers with veggies or salad.

  • I personally like the white choc mousse made by muscle milk. I mix it with skim milk in a blender with ice, makes it colder and a little thicker
  • I found the DVD's for the workout @ Target. The first time I did the workout I had pain the side and back of my thighs. Try not bending down as far at first. :bigsmile:
  • It is not weird. When we exercise we release endorphins and it makes our mood elevate. We can become addicted to the "natural high". That is why you feel so" up beat and full of energy" after you exercise. It gets a little easier but it doesn't go away.

  • My husband and I have gotten some really good, and e-z, recipies out of the fitness mags. One of the nice things is that it breaks down the carbs, calories, fat, etc.
  • Drink lots of water and try changing up your exercise routine. It not only helps decrease your chances of getting bored but, it might add a boost to your metabolism
