Shes a female...10% will probably kill her

I think you should first focus on getting down to around 16% BF and see where you stand. Even if your abs did get larger, its likley you wont see them till the lower BF%
-
Oh and the percentages of diet and exercise to get a six-pack are completley irrelevant, you can eat like a pig and still get abs if you do enough cardio
-
If you have a flat stomach with a low bodyfat percentage and your abs are still not showing, you should treat abs like any other body part and lift heavy in the 6-12 rep range. It seems like its just a problem of them not being large enough to really seperate themselves from your stomach. Whats your approximate BF%?

Sugar from fruit is nothing to worry about. As long as you are hitting your macro and calories goals, you will see results
-
I would personally prefer crunching each of those two ab days into one (pun intended), but it sounds like you have good enough intensity to see results either way. You should be able to reach your goals pretty fast with this amount of activity
-
Are the short cardio sessions HIIT or steady state? It should be fairly easy to lose weight with that much cardio, but its going to be hard to put on any muscle given you will probably be in a large defecit. Only suggestion I would make is cut down the abs to 2-3 times a week and increase the intensity you train them at.…

If your hungry after workouts, you should definetly consume something. Maybe just eat alittle less at dinner. There isnt a specific time you need to eat after a workout..but if your really hungry, you might as well!

Beer and a trip to Olive Garden!

As long as your HR stays about the same and your exercising for the same amount of time, you will see similar results. Its always fun to change it up though, keeps you interested in what your doing.

1. I have lived in 12 different towns in the first 22 years of my life 2. I love movies and ESPN 3. I golf about 3 times a week in the summer (My ideal retirement is 7 days a week) 4. One of my biggest goals is to get a PhD in my field 5. I love everything to do with the water...and have already planned to buy 2 places by…

Are my shorts too low??

For fat loss I've always felt the more cardio, the better. People get very cautious about going below their daily calorie goals, but most of the time its not practical. If you are doing that amount of cardio just make sure you eat whenever your hungry and your body will handle the rest

PB&CO Cinnamon Raisin Swirl is my all-time favorite

When you walk like a zombie the next day

It all depends what you were doing in the gym. If you were just going for cardio, then p90x and insanity are good alternatives. If you were doing any sort of lifting, its tough to replace a gym membership without buying your own equipment

Steak and a baked potato with a side of banana dipped in penut butter

Never had them, but everyone on bodybuilding.com seems to be obsessed with them. Probably a good choice
-
I'm 6'3 Pros: Like someone said before, people automatically choose you as the leader Cons: It takes more time to look "jacked"

I know exactly how you feel. You have a goal in mind and feel like your coasting to it, no longer excited. I get the same way sometimes, its probably just the result of repitition. Whenever it happens to me I always try switching my training routine and try something different that I can get excited about. However,…

Plain water is the best, but alittle artificial flavoring wont hurt you. I try to drink the majority of my water plain, but every now and then some flavor is a good treat

There isnt really a minimum of carbs and fats when trying to lose weight. When people do low carb, they can get less then 50g of carbs a day and function fine (the first few days are the worst). It really comes down to your personal preference. Once you hit 1g of protein per pound on body weight, just use the rest of your…

22! I never knew so many people my age were on here lol

Its good to make sure you atleast get 1 day off per week. Progress can slow down if you dont fully recover! Like people said, unexpected days off happen, but 2 rest days a week wont be the end of the world. Listen to your body, if you have the energy to keep up intense workouts every day, stick with what your doing

I just youtube Greg Plitt :) I enjoy getting yelled at every now and then
-
Yea he would burn that over the time period but I think the calories he was talking about was the amount burned from golfing, not including his bmr
-
That seems like a very high estimate, especially without walking it. With the cart, I would equate golf to being in a suana (in the summer)...where the calories/weight lost are almost all from sweating

Im not going to list any exercises because I pretty much change it up every time. But my current split is as follows: Day 1: Chest/ Triceps Day 2: Abs/Cardio Day 3: Back/ Biceps Day 4: Deadlifts/ Abs/ Cardio Day 5: Shoulders (w/ traps) Day 6: Legs/ Abs Day 7: Rest I'm switching to a push/legs/pull split for my bulk in…

It doesn't matter in terms of effectivness, but most people prefer weights first so they dont tire themselves out. A small cardio warm-up is always good though
