Jamie Eason is just awesome and I also LOVE her program! That is what I started out on and what I'm currently following. Heading into phase 3 next week! Stick with it and trust the program. It works!

LOOK AT YOU WOMAN!!! Your beautiful, toned and definitely kicking some serious ace in the weight room! Isn't it funny how, when your lifting, the scale is SERIOUSLY no judge of success? I have been at 130 lbs for 5 weeks and yet my pants continue to get bigger! Good job sass :) Strong is the new Sexy!!!

Been lifting for 5 months! Wish I would have started with that, from the get go, while trying to lose the baby weight. LOVE LOVE the feeling of weight training and please, I challenge you to just TRY and get big ;) Everyone looks so fantastic, happy and healthy!!! Keep up the awesome work!!! Strong is the new sexy ;)

My husbands buying me the program this week! I'm so excited to get it and start! I'm making the switch from P90X; I like the idea of using no equipment. I'm also a high intensity workout type person so I think INSANITY and I will make a perfect marriage:)

Annoyingly happy. I'm that girl that's dying and sweats POURING off me, yet I'm laughing and doing booty pops during P90X. Ha! I'm just really happy to not be pregnant anymore, be loosing the extra baby weight, and able to sweat again from an intense workout!

You look amazing! I did the same program 1.5 years ago and had amazing results as well! It's kick *kitten* and really does work. I just had a baby 5 months ago and am finally loosing the weight. Thinking about knocking the dust of those CD's again. I'm inspired now! :) Great work!

I'm a protein metabolism type so I eat 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and 3 pieces of turkey bacon along with (some mornings) 1/2 a grapefruit or cup black coffee:) Works wonders for my morning workout!

I have a 5 month old, so EARLY mornings work best for me. I wake up at 5:00 am and do 15 minutes of TM work then eat a good breakfast. I usually complete another 30 minutes of P90X Kenpo or Plyo sometime around 9:00 am, 6-7 days a week. I'm just starting out and will be adding running to this routine, but that will most…
