I've been struggling with achilles problems for the last couple of years, but physio has pretty much sorted it so I'm back at the gym and raring to go! I want to lose another 7 lbs before my first dress shopping mid April

My original goal was 147 but am at that now and still have a belly and thighs still rub together slightly, so am currently going for 140 and then see where I go from there! Started at 203 so it can be done!

Hey Rach thanks for still doing this! Sorry I forgot to weigh in this week, I have been having trouble with my scales so I'm not exactly sure what my weight is at the moment. Scales are giving me pretty diff readings each time :frown: Last weight (not sure how accurate) was 146.4

147.3 for me yaaay!! :happy: Have basically hit my original goal of 147 lbs, which means I've lost 4stone now!! Now I have my eyes set on 140, and then maybe 133 depending on how it goes. Hope everyone had a great weekend and a good weigh in, I ate far too much but that seems to be working for me every once in a while

148.9 for me this week! Well on sat. I didn't weigh myself today since didn't have time and went out for a thai meal on sat, so dread to think how much sodium and cals I ate!

Hello everyone, hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a busy one, saw take that fri then had my nephews 3rd birthday yesterday, so not a totally healthy weekend and no exercise. But............150.1!!! Am hopefully going to get out of the 150s after being here for ages.

well done everyone on the weight loss! My weight loss is really slowing down now I'm getting closer to my goal weight. Have just realised I've only lost 5 lbs since the end of April - rubbish! Hey everyone! It seems that I'm back on track and my body's responding to the increased salads and veggies. I seem to be steadily losing weight each day which is good, only 12 lbs left to my goal now! Have got a busy food and drink filled weekend coming up though, but it should be fun! Am going to a 1940s dance in a WWII…

I've gone from 203 to 152 and so far my skin seems to be relatively sag free! I think you need to make sure you lose weight slowly and do lots of exercise to keep it toned - good luck :smile:
