Wow... I thought this would be about 99 lbs to lose... FOOLED ME!!! LOL (Also didn't pay attention to the fact that it was posted in "Chit-chat", duhhhhhhh). I see you are very selective sir, I'm impressed that you've made it to page 5 and still haven't picked #100, (yes, I checked, before posting). So, okay, I'll bite.…

Though you can't spot reduce, running seemed to slim my thighs down. I have always had bigger thighs and chest, and though I didn't lose a lot of weight (because I didn't have a lot to lose and only had a "small goal" to begin with), my thighs slimmed down considerably. Running seemed to make my body look more properly…

152??? oops... I cheated, lol. I'm 5'5".
-
Tany... wow, I would have guessed 145lbs.

That is what I was going to say. DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially since I work night shift... so I'm eating ALL night, and a healthy weight, and a lot of my overweight coworkers won't eat because of THIS STUPID MYTH. I'm like "Ummmm... these are the hours you are awake, WHEN are you supposed to eat??? In your…

Good suggestions, I often wonder this myself, though I know everyone is "different", but it is nice to see some kind of guidelines too. Thanks for posting the question. :flowerforyou:

Feel free to add me. I've been maintaining for what seems like FOREVER now, lol. Congratulations on reaching your goal. :drinker: FYI: Sometimes maintaining seems harder than losing, because you don't have a "goal" to work towards, and no "margin of error" for over eating because you're at your "max" calories. My…

MFP = MyFitnessPal. :wink:

Awwwwww, thanks. :blushing: :flowerforyou: Add about another 5 or so and you're just about on target (haven't weighed myself for a while, so not sure of the exact #. :embarassed: ) (Didn't post a guess, because I already guessed for Nocturnalgirl, lol)
-
Nocturnal Girl... 120??? Oh... I'm 5'5".
-
Wow... good info... let's see if I'll actually try it. lol

I was also going to suggest ruffles. A small bust also works nicely with an teeny tiny bikini. :smokin:
-
LOL... I guess I'm a mental oddity too, because I feel exactly as you do. I don't mind giving advice to people I know, but to talk about MYSELF??? :noway: No way! Feel free to be my estranged friend! :flowerforyou:

Everything you say you're doing, plus weight training. I'd also suggest Jillian Michael's "Six Week Six Pack". It'll help flatten you out, while burning fat, and maybe the start of a six pack will form. I'm doing that video now, and am aiming for a "soft showing" 6 pack.

Fantastic job! Congratulations!

Another informative post!

Ok. Just checking. :smooched:

Am I being replaced??? :noway: lol

Type in Peanut M&M and if it gives you a value for let's say 9, just change it to one. I do this ALL the time... though for me, it is USUALLY more than one, but still.
-
Ha ha ha, thanks... nice one... Not TOO far off though.
-
Rylee... Cheerleading or softball??? :)
-
Ik... theatre??? too slow... kzivic... photography?

Great post, and thanks to the poster who shared his recipe, now we can modify it to our own specifications and all have the "perfect" protein bar for US! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
