I work 7:30pm - 8am. I changed all my times for my meals/snacks and log in that way. 12am-3:59am 4am-7:59pm 8am-11:59am 12pm-3:59pm 4pm-7:59pm 8pm-11:59pm

*WHEW* Good thing I'm reading this on Monday afternoon! I guess I ROCK!!! ;-) LOL

I have 6 time slots for meals and do it within the "normal" 24 hr period. I eat ALL day when I'm up, but still try to stay within range. Works for me. 12a-3:59a ; 4a-7:59a, etc....... (I'm SUPER anal, but like I said it works for me).

Awesome challenge... now to get a pedometer!!!

I was supposed to post this FOREVER ago, just never got around to doing it. Anyway, this is me after an intense hip hop dance session in the privacy of my own home. (If I wasn't a nurse I think my dream job would have been to be a dancer!!! *sigh* LOL).

Thanks for the eye candy!!! LOL

Thanks for sharing.

Yes!!! If straighten my EXTREMELY curly hair... ESPECIALLY at the salon, I'm not working out for at least a few days. I haven't gone to the salon since last winter I think, but I'm getting that "fresh from the salon itch" so, I guess I will be putting my workouts on hold soon enough. Trying to wait out the blazing sun, and…

This is an awesome post!!! Especially considering a conversation I was having with a MFP friend who happens to be one of those hot MFP guys, who needs more pix!!! I think this cancels out my need for a poll!!! Thanks ladies.

I would agree with the stretches to improve posture, also if you went for a walk with your dogs and feel sore (NOT PAIN), then it can be a good thing, because you are engaging muscles that you haven't been using with walking, in the past. Strengthen your abs, because the core of the body is SO important to posture,…

Yes, Heatherbelle... it is sad when your favorites become "sacks". :frown: But Luvgreen25 is right... since we're all here to see improvements in our clothes. Good luck to all of us, to keep seeing improvements! Thanks for the congrats! :flowerforyou:
-
Thanks, for "getting me"!!! lol. I wish our favorite clothes would magically change in size when we do!!! *sigh* Congrats on NOT being able to fit that favorite shirt! :flowerforyou:

LOL... well the second time we did the pull ups weren't so bad, right??? Pole dancing is awesome!!! You'll get the pushups... use the app that I told you!
-
I've only done it once a couple of years ago and it was so much fun, but really hard also, because you use a lot of upper body strength, but I was probably also wearing the wrong pants. I think it is better to wear shorts, because the skin contact with the pole makes it easier. I just signed up for a 5 class package, to…

I'm in, I'm in!!! Conquering push ups are a personal challenge of mine!!!

Thank you ladies. I'm back to being my normal, confident self. Screw the rest! I'm awesome... as are all of you!!! =D Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement!!! :flowerforyou:

Awesome post. I will share with a friend who's been complaining about her post-pregnancy marks!!! =D

Great info. Thanks for sharing.

*sigh* People are so inconsiderate at times. There is a reason we are taught to be tactful and not blurt out the first thing that comes to our heads, but I guess people just don't get it!!! Like the coworker I mentioned... asking me if I throw up after eating. This is the SAME guy who a year ago, told me I need to stop…
-
EXACTLY Renee!!! That's what I told one of my coworkers. (The one who asked if I puked after eating). I told him, he needed to pay more attention to HIS body and worry a LOT less about mine!!!

That sounds like an excellent reply lunamare!!! Good luck with your goals, you look great and from what you're saying, you're right on track to being a good role model for your little girl. Thanks again everyone for your kind words, encouragement, opinions, and constructive criticisms!!!…
-
Thank you kirstiey. Trust me, no offense taken at your comment at all, like I originally said, comments are welcomed, because I ASKED for them. I actually agree with you, so I wouldn't mind if I lost a few more pounds, but right now, I'm more focused on toning, so we'll see what happens.
-
I can't speak for everyone, but I wanted an opinion of how I LOOK to others who are aiming for a common goal, NOT looking for anyone to tell me I'm healthy. It is about encouragement, and it my seem like fishing for compliments, but sometimes that's what people need. Trust me, I'm very secure and have a great self-esteem,…

Thank you all, for your kind words. :flowerforyou: :blushing: Although I've known and agree with what you are all saying about society and jealouse (as well as people becoming accustomed to a super-sized population), it just seems like this past week it has been coming at me triple speed with the "you're too skinny"…

Great article, thanks for sharing. It seems so basic and something that most of us know, but reading it gives us (or at least me) the extra push to make sure I keep with it. :flowerforyou:
