Absolutely. Anything getting your heart rate up faster past 120 you begin to burn calories - so def. start running..looks like the increase in movement for you since your walking tons shouldn't be difficult. Good luck.

Ok, so since November 20th I'm only down a big 5 llbs and am SICK of doing nothing about it...I'm StUCK folks..can't seem to find the 'real motivation to see the real difference'...I could use either a kick in the pants or some something...any tricks or tips to get me back on the path?

I think it's time to work with a trainer and a dietician..looks like you did all the right things just not the right way perhaps? Boy I wish I could get down to that weight, I'm still at 163 lbs in 2 months and started at 170 but man does it come off slowly..Oh well..you inspired me

Not bad at all..just don't know if it tastes great although I have to try it..I use honey and sometimes a splash of pulpy oj..def. use the yogurt and the protein powder before a workout..don't do it every day - maybe I should. Thanx for the inspiration and yummy recipe.

You know what a great motivator is?? PAYING TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT..Yep, ever try spending oodles a month so someone can tell you in 10 mins. what you already know? Pretty ridiculous but if you like money better than food try harder..(This is my own advice to me)..Hopefully I'll listen. Argh.

wow did you really loose all that weight just by using this site? That's pretty impressive...I have 25 lbs to go and less than a year to do it...can I do it?? I def. log everything I eat and yesterday after doing so well all week blew it! Ate 800 wopping calories OVER my 1300 allotment..argh!!!!!!!
