I guess my question before I can make comment on accuracy is what your average heart rate the same when you did the set exercise? Because that will influence your total calorie burn. I've had the opportunity to use both an FT40 & FT7 from the Polar range, both of which worked well for me. The FT40 has a few more features…

I couldn't agree more! None of us can "make" you lose weight or make you leave your boyfriend. Some may advise you to leave & we can support with your weight loss journey. Please put your kids 1st - make sure they are safe not just from physical harm but from emotional torment too. It may not be directly to them but in…

I too have to do it in the morning simply because I work shifts & have a toddler and the last thing on my agenda after a day working is fitting in exercise because it's my family time. I feel refreshed and full of life and energy after my work out in the morning and that's what motivates me. Other people start their day…

I wouldn't force it if it ain't for you. Try going for a piece of fruit if you really wanna start to have breakfast and see how you get on with that. I like you can't eat after waking. I usually eat about 4hrs after waking which is usually around 9-9.30am, solely because of my work and exercise routine. Works for me.

Oh I feel your pain! I'm seeking an answer to this question too.

good way to look at it

hi there, sadly there isnt an option to substitute for lower calorie or fat on the mealie meal.
-
@ Pastor Wilson & Silver_Star - thank you both for the advice. the difficulty I am facing is to eat a smaller portion, i have to load on something else like vege to enable me to actually feel full (not stuffed but just feel like i've had dinner). It is here on MFP, it's mealie meal. Normally I work out but I just havent…
