A lot of the calories and fat are in the wings themselves. Try subbing boneless skinless breasts or chicken tenders. That should help!

This sounds like a great recipe! I do something similar but I use the Rotel tomatoes. Saves chopping up the peppers. Also, if you add chicken broth while cooking, this makes a great chicken tortilla soup!

Could be that on some days you have had more salt than others.

It takes a lot of work to be dedicated in a weight loss plan. Yes, counting every bite is a pain, but the idea is to make you more aware of what you are eating, no matter what. Think about this though, you've lost 8 pounds in 26 days. You have made great headway in 3 weeks. Isn't it worth it when you are making progress…

This sounds really good! Will try. Wonder if this would work with applesauce?

It happens. We all do it at some time. Don't starve yourself the rest of the day as you will have a meltdown and go nuts later. Eat sensible, like a salad for dinner and then just get back to the program in the morning. Don't beat yourself up about this though. It just isn't worth it.

Be sure to look at the nutrition label on the package. Nutritional info is usually for 1 portion, but the container may have numerous portions. If you eat the whole can of chicken, you will have to enter the full number of portions listed on the can. Hope this makes sense.

I too had lapband surgery in 2007 and it did well for a while until I rediscovered sugary food slid right through the thing. I went from 378 to 276 and then back to 314 in 2010. Joined MFP in August and it has greatly helped me with my accountability. I understand where you have been and where you are now. Remember that…

Try those 100 calorie packs. Just enough to satisfy the craving and not blow you out of the water. Works for me and I used to be able to eat the large size at the movies by myself!

OK, so it didn't go as planned. Do not let that worry you. My bet is that just a few short months ago, you were much slower and may not have even been able to go 5K. Don't beat yourself up! It will be better next time!
