  • SO i've had a myfitnesspal account for some time, however rediscovered it yesterday! I need to loose 50-70 pounds. I'm from Maine. I lack motivation. I'm working on the 'diet' and i go to plant fitness 3-5 times a week. I also love kettlebells and i use p90x when i can't make it to the gym.

  • i know it isn't a lot, but for whatever reason i'm really excited about it! In three days of using this site, i've began to realize how much i'm eating and being able to actually see the amount of calories! love this site! 1 pound in 3 days! How much weight did you lose before you got excited!!??
