SO i've had a myfitnesspal account for some time, however rediscovered it yesterday! I need to loose 50-70 pounds. I'm from Maine. I lack motivation. I'm working on the 'diet' and i go to plant fitness 3-5 times a week. I also love kettlebells and i use p90x when i can't make it to the gym.

Turbo Jam anyone?
I just bought the turbo jam system, i don't really like the diet she had set up with the program so i might pick and choose, but the DVD's seem to be a lot of fun! Any comments? Has anyone had results from them?

well, come to my house where there is 2 feet of snow in my driveway! ( i know in some areas there are more.. i'm sorry for ya!) Shoveling wet snow works your arms but, if done correctly ( lifting with the legs and not the back) you should get an over total body tone! And the best thing about it all is when you're done…

Kettlebells..amazing!
Have you heard of kettlebells!? if not your in for treat (especially women who are looking for long lean muscles rather than bulky ones) I hated dumbbells for the longest time. i lost a pound!
i know it isn't a lot, but for whatever reason i'm really excited about it! In three days of using this site, i've began to realize how much i'm eating and being able to actually see the amount of calories! love this site! 1 pound in 3 days! How much weight did you lose before you got excited!!??

just wanted to say hi! i stumbled across this site. so far i like it better than sparkpeople anf fitday. I've had a xanga weight loss blog for awhile now, but it doesn't seem to be helping! looking to loose 80 lbs! :flowerforyou:
