I agree about before and after pics- I take weekly photos of myself and though I've only lost a few pounds I'm feeling and looking much more toned. Pictures don't lie. The scale can be motivating too. My official weigh in day is Wednesday, that gives me a couple of days to get back on track before weigh in if I have a…

Don't worry too much about doing the modified moves or lower weights, it's more about getting through the entire workout without stopping. I'm on level 3 and still do modified push-ups.

Ok I'm in. I always have trouble with this :)

On my way to the living room to do my 30 day shred!

I'm in! Heres to a great day!

There are 3 levels and 10 days on each level is a good guideline. I'm now on level 3 and I spent a little more than 10 days on each level. For me, I like to wait until I feel like I've almost memorized a level before I move on to the next one, or maybe I just procrastinate because I know each level gets tougher!

Just completed day 1 level 3 yesterday! The cardio was tough - lots of jumping and adding weights to some of the previous cardio moves. I've come this far, I'm not going to quit now!!

I've just started doing the 30 day shred 4-5 days a week. It's so hard but when it's over I always feel great, like I've really accomplished something. I haven't been sore yet, but I do sweat buckets!! Does anyone else feel like they're 'going to die' as Jillian says during the workout? I sure do!

Go for it! You'll be glad you did. There are three levels - you can do them at your own pace. When you feel like you've mastered level 1 move on to level 2. I started level 3 today and yes it's tough but like others have said, it's only 20 minutes! I feel a big difference in my endurance and notice more definition in my…

Hi there, I'm in a similar situation. I weighed 125 all my life but in the last two years I've put on 20 pounds! I'd love to lose about 15 pounds before June. I have a wedding to attend where I'll see a bunch of people I haven't seen in several years. It's great to have a goal, keeps me motivated. I just joined…

OMG thank you! So glad I found this group. I need a breakthrough to get rid of my last 10 pounds. I'm starting tomorrow!!

No but my right knee started cracking a few days into level 1. I took a couple of days off then started again. My knee stopped making noises after a few more workouts. I think it got stronger. As for a swollen ankle - you should definitely take some time off until the swelling goes down, then start slowly doing only ths…
