  • Hi Everyone, how is it going? I’ve worked out 11 out 12 days. I don’t always have time to go to the gym, but I have been doing on demand workouts on TV, which is a great 30 min workout before work! Happy Wednesday! Keep going everyone!
  • How is everyone doing after 1 week? I did 8 days straight of workouts but I did miss today. It just got so busy. I will be back on again tomorrow morning!
  • Hi Everyone, how is everyone doing? I have been doing On Demand workouts at home on my television the last 2 days just to get something done even when I can’t get to the gym.   • Hi! I had posted about starting a 30 Day challenge starting June 1, doing at least 30 min of exercise every day for the entire month June! Anyone want to join me? I’m also going to try to eat and drink less sweets! My weaknesses are Coca Cola and baked goods!

  • Hello, I do the Leslie Sansone 5 mile Fat Burning Walk about 2-3x per week. I was just wondering how you log your work out? Since Leslie does 5 miles in 60 min, I usually log mine as 5.0 miles per hour, even if I just do 3 or 4 miles that. Do you think that's accurate? Thanks, Karen
