Where are you taking your waist measurement?
-
Nut Butters, nuts, eggs, potatoes, avocado, olive oil, etc. All of those are VERY calorie dense foods that pack an amazing nutritional punch. I still battle my sugar in my macros, but its ok. Nobody eats perfect EVERY DAY.

This...and lift weights!
-
Fat2fit is saying that you eat your goal weight TDEE. That is a built in deficit from your current weight's TDEE. As you get closer to your goal weight your weight loss will slow. This is normal. Please join the group Eat more Weigh less.

Eat the 2123! :)
-
This X 100. Make calories your fuel not your enemy.
-
Don't do that. I am losing at 2500 a day. Lifting 3x a week. Walking on off days. Look for the group Eat More Weigh Less and stop making calories your enemy and make them your fuel.

Thanks for the help gemiwing. I have been doing p90 Sculpt, but I just ordered my first set of weights and will start strong lifts in a week or 2.

Thanks guys. I really think this might be the way for me to start out. This would at least get me through the first 6-12 months of the strong lift program.

I would like to know what the sources were on this. Who paid for the study ($10 says they are related to the Dairy industry somehow) and what is the actual risk factor. If its not 2-3X than its statistically negligible.

Yes...and the articles I read say they are great for you. So whose google trumps? Thanks for the support.
-
Do you have a source for this? You are the first person I have EVER met that said soybeans are bad.
-
Roasted Soybeans are good, crunchy and salty. I agree with others about making chips, or what about just fitting them into your calories?
-
Why not ditch all the supplements and just do a power lifting program?
-
