Does anyone know of an app that I can put on my phone that would keep up with distance while I am running on the treadmill? I haven't been able to find one.

Thanks everyone for all the input! My time is way different than outside, I am not a fast runner by no means but hey at least I am running. I loved the C25K program, I finished it last August and have since ran 3 5k's and I already have 4 more lined up for this year! I recently started C210K program and I love it! Awesome programs that will help you ease your way into running!

I drink my water faster with a straw! I have a 24 ounce cup that I fill up and add some lemon juice to and it makes it easier to drink that way! Good luck!

I was very bad with my food this weekend, and yesterday! Starting fresh today though!

I weigh in every Wednesday morning, as soon as I get up but after I go to the bathroom. I use to weigh everyday, but I found that discouraging, so now I just do it weekly.

I have the exact same problem! Even when I was at my smallest I still have thick thighs and big ol' booty!lol I have just learned to embrace my curves! Some girls are just made this way!

Feel free to add me! I am a full time working mom too, I have a 6 year old. I often don't get home till between 6:00 and 6:30, and find that by the time I cook dinner, clean the kitchen, do homework, there's just no time left for me to workout.

Wow, I usually have already drank 72 ounces of water before lunch. I like water, and it keeps me from eating. By the end of the day I have usually had about 150-160 ounces of water
