Anyone know how to enter calories burned for a Pound fitness class? I can't find it under exercises.

Treadmill Miles
Just curious as to why it takes me longer to clock miles on the treadmill then it does for me to run outside? Anyone have any suggestions? I have got to the point that when I run on the treadmill I just run time vs. running miles.

Shin Splints
Help! I ran a really tough 5k that was a lot of uphill and downhill on Saturday. I have killer shin splints still today and my hips and thighs are also killing me. I have ran several 5k's and this is the first one that this has happened with. How long does this usually last? I hate getting off of my workout routines!

Getting Back On Track!
I am getting back on track today! No more snacking on chips and junk, I have come way to far to throw it all away now! Glad it only took me a few days of eating junk to realize that's not what I want anymore! So to anyone else having problems staying on track or getting back on track we can do this!!! :)

Hormone Problems
I have been having some major hormone problems, and they have me on lots of medicine trying to correct it......the downfall is since I started these medicines I feel like I stay hungry all the time!!!! Any suggestions on things to do to try and control my hunger while on medication?

No energy.....No motivation
I am almost halfway to my goal and I feel like I am losing all my motivation. I don't feel like working out, I keep telling myself I will do it tomorrow. I was working out 6 days a week, and now I am doing good to workout 2 to 3 days a week.....feel like I am letting myself down. What keeps everyone motivated?

New Clothes
At what point did everyone notice their clothes started to fit different. I have lost 7 pounds (I haven't logged the other 2 pounds, I do that on Wednesdays) and I have lost inches off of my waist, hips, and thighs. Just wondering when I will feel the difference with my clothes???

Inches before Pounds?
It seems that my scale doesn't want to move, I started measuring myself about 2 weeks ago and I have lost inches off of my waist and my thighs. But I want to see the scale move!! Any suggestions?

Out of Breath During Workout
I have been working out for six nights a week for 3 weeks now, and I still get extremely out of breath? Is this normal? And if so, does it ever get any better?
