Just wondering what everyone thought about using these in your water. Like the crystal light and kool-aid sweeteners that you can add to your water.

* embarassing confession*
I drink a lot of Crystal Light. But I only drink Crystal Light Pure flavors which have 15 calories of evaporated cane sugar, no aspartame or anything artificial. Even the coloring comes from natural sources such as purple carrot.
I put one packet in 24 ounces of water and it really helps me curb my juice cravings. I was raised by a JUICE MOM!! Extraordinary amount of juice from age 2-18. I really miss it as an adult, but btwn fresh juice made at home a few times a week, and a couple Crystal Lights a day, I'm happy.
I think if you find the right products its a great help0
