I have been having some major hormone problems, and they have me on lots of medicine trying to correct it......the downfall is since I started these medicines I feel like I stay hungry all the time!!!! Any suggestions on things to do to try and control my hunger while on medication?

I am battling hormones right now too! I had my baby almost 4 months ago and my body has just been crazy. I try to eat a ton of protein. And if I eat something carb wise, I make sure it has protein and fiber in it. I feel like I eat constantly, and possibly do.. but if you eat smaller and healthy portions, it definitely helps.0

I've been dealing with hormone issues for the last 6 years and it definitely affected my weight. The only suggestion I have is to make sure your eating enough food to meet your bodies needs and keep it healthy. A major factor for me is fatigue, I have to take opportunities to exercise when I am most energetic. I hope you figure it out.0
