At what point did everyone notice their clothes started to fit different. I have lost 7 pounds (I haven't logged the other 2 pounds, I do that on Wednesdays) and I have lost inches off of my waist, hips, and thighs. Just wondering when I will feel the difference with my clothes???

It's different for everyone and can depend on a number of things (type of workouts, foods you're taking in, ect.). I was once told 10lbs is typically a pant size but honestly not sure if there's much truth to that.

Either way, I think you should be thrilled that you have lost 7lbs! The clothing will come soon enough, just keep working at it.

  • Thanks! I keep telling myself 7 pounds is good considering I have only been doing this a month, guess I am just so anxious to get into my smaller jeans!

I'm down 15 lbs and just starting to notice that my pants are fitting looser. 7lbs is awesome, keep up the good work :)

I was told that 14lbs is roughly a dress size difference and when I lost 28lbs I did go down 2 dress sizes unfortunately put a bit of that back on but it will come back off - looking forward to being able to get into smaller clothes
