If you decide to lower your carbs but still love your bread, check out Ezekiel bread. I know the health foods sell it and it's really a better bread for you in many ways. It's not carb free but it's lower. My husband and I found it when we were on a low carb diet.

I have never heard of this before. When you do your binge day'days... are you just eating whatever you please or being some what conscious about it still?

I cannot afford to do the powders right now so I'm doing chocolate milk (well I'm doing the Soy version because I don't like regular milk).

If you have the space, try to grow some of your own vegetables. Smaller portions: increasing vegetable portions and smaller meat portions... this will help lower the grocery bill.

Thanks guys! Did any of you find a Recovery Drink that was more economical than the p90x one? Have you heard of chocolate milk instead? What do you think? I need to do Ab & Arms today but I'm still having trouble walking around from yesterday's plyo so I want to figure this out before I start today's exercises!
