  • Can you find your size in Wide? I am somewhere between a 16-18 depending on brand and style. Sometimes the 16 is too tight but 16w is perfect. I've never looked at the smaller sizes so I'm really not sure if they make wide in smaller sizes though.
  • For pull ups, if you have the band and a door nearby: tie a big sock around the center of the band and throw it over the back of the door and shut the door. This is what I do so you can pull down towards your body! I just wish I had enough floor space to do the lunges - haha

  • Best of luck and if you are having trouble with the lower calorie intake try increasing the amount of exercise. Also, if you eat 5 or 6 smaller meals it is better than just decreased calories.
