I could eat for Ireland today!!!!!!!! Hormonal or what?!

I've eaten a good bit today and I'm still starving. Omelette/tuna/sweetcorn when I get in and then gym later. Please don't let me pig out on brioche/nutella when I get home....PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I will have a banana in the car on the way home me thinks.

    I hate those days! Are you drinking enough water? or perhaps you need some more proteins? I have days where I snap under the pressure but when I look back it's often on days I didn't drink enough water.

    When you get like that it's best to exercise and gain more calories so you can feed the urge without ruining your goals. :flowerforyou:
