Finals week... Food help!
I've noticed when I eat healthier it seems easier to think and learn. IDK if there's science to that or not... Just curious, are there certain foods that help out or does anyone have any meal plans to suggest for finals week at school?

P90x without the right equipment?
I want to start P90x again but I remember last time trying to do the chin ups with rubber bands. I also remember fighting with the small space I have to work in. I really liked the way I felt after the exercises though. Any suggestions on how to get around the lack of equipment?

Getting the Right Calorie Balance... ADVISE PLEASE!
I just cannot seem to get this right and it's getting frustrating! I'm supposed to eat 1370 a day. On days that I think I'm doing well with the calories I end up under the 1200 minimum and when I try to eat enough to get above that number, I go over too much!
