eat your calories.. even if it's later. and if you have already eaten your calories then much on some veggies or make some tea or lemon juice (with steviana for sweetner).

i weigh myself every single day. 3 x a day. because i cannot exercise enough to get to burning calories i've decided to cut down my carb intake .. but im not giving up fruit or veggies or even cookies or bread or rice. im just not eating it on a daily basies.. and when i eat it im eating with moderation and within my calorie goal.

i use steviana. it's the one that is available here other than sweet and low and equal which i can't stand. i love steviana.

i love breakfast foods.. but sometimes i rather wait a bit after i wake up to eat.. sometimes i am so hungry i wake up wanting to eat. i go with my body needs. sometimes breakfast can be at 4:30 am or 9 or 10 am. today i had chicken for breakfast. LOL. do what you feel works for you.

you could further reduce the calories and carbs by using another sweetner. i am going to try these with steviana.

i have mine set at 20% which gives me about 75 grams of carbs i actually feel really good eating less carbs. i can tellt he difference when i eat high carbs especially like white flour. im not doing any specific program. just watching my carbs and calories at the same time .. but i can say im not losing. sigh

you can add me. sorry didn't see your post before! i am doing 75 grams of carbs, 160-180 grams of protein. not really on any low carb diet .. i just watch my intake. i just started doing this . i think this is my second week or so.
