i wonder how far you have to cut down on the carbs to see the fat loss? a friend of mine insist i must cut it down to 20% and not to eat fruits except very few. im at 75 grams of carbs daily (give or take) on 1500 calorie intake

the best way i've found to take in veggies is to juice them!!! so awesome! you can literally eat 5 carrots 5 cucumbers 2 cups of greens 1 apple in like 2 seconds flat

i prioritize. kids are most important. food, cleaning.. i do what i can. make a schedule for yourself. use a timer if you need to . involve your kids in activiites so they can be part of it and help you too. like today when i stretched i had my daughter helping me. it gave us time and she learned a few things and i was so…

i think its slowly becoming an addiction.. but. at the same time we know that things dont' work for everyone and sometimes we have lessons to learn or goals to achieve on our own. the only people i would probably delete are trashy people who talk filthy other than that i doubt i would delete

i suggest you look up some natural remedies like say cinnamon and honey for arthritis pain. and it helps with weight loss too!

my answer is.. 1. start today by eating better with the next meal. 2. read success stories on mfp 3. get rid of any and all bad stuff in your house and fill it up with good wholesome foods.. that way when you do binge.. you can binge on good stuff and not crappy things.
