im an egg girl. try eggs with cabbage. :) sautee cabbage with garlic and chili peppers a bit of olive oil or spray .. you can scramble the eggs and throw it into the cabbage and let it cook up. i add a pinch of salt and black pepper. very good.

i love peanutbutter to.. i tend to have it with my milk , a tablespoon of unsweetened chocolate powder 1/2 a small banana and 1 steviana pouch smoothie or with green apples. i had some this morning.

when i first saw this way back i thought the reason she may be doing it is because she doesn't see a way out of fat.. so instead she settled for getting more fat cause it's way easier. anyway i heard she is supposed to be losing. I hope so cause 200 isn't healthy on the bones or body can't imagine 800.

Just by looking at your calories. i can tell you are not eating enough!!!!! you need to eat to lose weight.. you have to up your calorie intake...
