I think everyone is different. I notice that when I eat home cooked meals, complex carbs and good proteins, I don't crave sugars, white breads and fried food as much. I use MrM natural whey, 87 calories for 18g protein. I add this to unsweetened vanilla almond milk, half a banana, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of another type of fruit and sometimes half a container of yogurt. Yes, it is 300 calories which is a bit high for a snack, but it makes an amazing breakfast. :smile:

Throwing out another vote for Kinect. I have both Your Shape games, bothe Dance Central Games and all of them are great for cardio. Child of Eden is an awesome non active game (for Kinect). If you're playing with your kids, I've heard Just dance is great and less frustrating for them than DC.

I have a kinect and I love it for working out. I do have Your Shape FE 2012, but my favorite is Dance Central 2 since I can create a 20 song playlist and just go nuts.
