I feel like I look great in the mirror and terrible in pictures! It's like a completely different person. I hope the mirrors are more accurate than the pictures.

I do intervals, so I warm up for 5 min at 3 mph, then do 1 min. at 6, 1 min. at 3, 1 min. at 6, 1 min. at 3, working my way up to 9 mph and then back down to 6 mph doing 2 interval periods at each speed. I am definitely an apple. There is a line right in between my butt and love handles where you can see that I hold my weight all in my upper body.
