  • As a recovering nail biter, my advice is to wear gloves while watching tv. I know this sounds weird. Get the moisturizing gloves and use it as an excuse to moisturize your skin and cuticles. I also like to have a hot mug of tea to hold in my hands which keeps my hands and mouth both busy.
