Hi there I understand what you are saying.. I'm 38 mother of two and is starting over again for like the million times. Trying not to give up is the first thing. I want to lose about 45 pounds and it's hard to find a good workout plan.. But we can start somewhere good luck!!!

I pick up these Nabisco snack pack with 100 cal. I put one or two bags in my purse. and that help me from stopping a fast food places.
