I honestly while working out yesterday checked out the chick in front of me. Her butt was fabulous and honestly I wanted it. Not like to touch it but to have mine look like that. It didn't bother me it just gave me motivation to have mine look like that.

Yes for all of my adult life. I cut my hair and bought all new clothes. Ive considered counseling because I think maybe there is more mental to it then I realize.

Honestly I have found just getting the premier protein shakes from sams or Costco is much more cost effective. Ive tried both advocare and herbalife and just wasn't in my opinion worth the money.

Thanks....We do have trainers there but they all seem to focus more on things besides the free weights like sit up push ups and ropes. I really just want someone to help me with the weights.

I am super intimidated by the guys at my gym but Im ready for free weights so I want to go in with some idea of what to do. Ive considered paying a trainer for a few sessions to help me get comfortable. I hate that it makes me insecure but it does.

Welcome to DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) if it is just soreness and not an injury the only thing that will help is to stretch and workout. I love DOMS its definitely bittersweet but lets me know I got something out of it. My advice is try to do it tonight with some stretching before. I always try to work through it…
