  • Yes, I love it too! I have been practicing yoga for a little over a month now & it's soo good. I may over do it some, am a little sore, but it's a "good kind of sore
  • They're wide shreds, somewhat the size of a stick of gum, they are good on their own (something sweet) I also add them to almonds, carob, raisins for a trail mix that is less fattening than store bought trail mix. Also for Chocolate cravings, I like making the sugar free instant chocolate pudding.. yummy smoothness!!
  • Thick shredded unsweetened coconut (red mill has) can be found in bulk section at New Seasons too
