Wow! Great pics. You are a beautiful woman.

Wonderful. You look great and I bet you feel awesome too.

I've been wondering this myself and I don't know the answer. I get up at 5:00 am for work, get home at 6:00 pm after work and go to bed at 10:00. It's such long day. I eat an English muffin and coffee at 6 am, then cottage cheese or yogurt at 9:00 am, then a piece of fruit at 10am. I consider that my breakfast, spread out.…

Disgusting. It's all sugar, refined carbs and fat.

Really great progress!

I had GD too. Milk is a carb and you shouldn't drink it before bed. In your class they will probably recommend you eat a protein snack before bed to stabilize your blood sugar through the night. I usually had a half cup cottage cheese. You could have regular cheese, nuts, or egg too.

Congratulations on you success. You look great but I think you looked great in your before pics too!

Great work girl! You're beautiful.

Wow, amazing work. Your tattoos look even more awesome now!

I love your story. I read the whole thing. You are a good writer.

Wow. That's impressive!

I'm also 5'8" and I'm eating 1450 per day and losing 1-2 lbs per week. The only exercising I do is brisk walking and gardening and I always eat back the calories I earn exercising. I started out at 183 April 15 and I'm at 173 now. I tried doing 1200 per day cause it was going too slow for me but I just couldn't do 1200; I…

Hi, You can send me a request if you like. I'm a 37 year old mom, 5'8" and looking to lose another 20-30 pounds. I log my food everyday and do minor exercise 4-5 days per week. I would like to have more friends on here. Thanks.

Well, you look so great in it, might as well keep it!

I should be getting produce from my garden soon too. Best stuff ever!

Well, I don't buy organic stuff, just more fruits and veg and less packaged food. Also, here in Canada anyway, I think the junkie fast food is a lot more expensive than what you quoted above. As I mentioned in my post, me and my husband are also eating smaller portions so the staples last a lot longer. For example, instead…

I also stopped drinking a diet pepsi or 2 everyday so that is off my shopping list.

I agree. I'm learning so much too.

Wow, you are amazing. I want to look as hot as you. Looking forward to wearing a bikini again too.

I think it 's maltitol that used as a sweetener in a lot of sugar-free stuff that a lot of people can't tolerate. Gas, etc.

Love your dress; you look great!

What an accomplishment! Inspiring!

My story is the same as yours. Wasn't really into food until I met my husband and started cooking, going out for breakfast, etc. He's gained about 25 lbs in 12 years and I've gained 50+. But I've had enough and it's starting to go down now!

Last week I mixed a tablespoon of sugar into a tablespoon of soft butter. Yum. Kinda like the first part of cookie dough.

My doctor suggested trying Voltaren gel. I rubbed in generous amounts 2-3 times a day and after about 6 months was completely pain free. I also stretch my feet before getting up in the morning. Seriously, try Voltaren gel. It's a miracle. You can buy it off the shelf at the pharmacy here in Canada.

Uh, 17 lbs seems like good progress to me!

Holy smokes! Good job. Your child will benefit from a healthy momma and your husband must be a happy man.

I kinda felt the same way this morning but it is really helpful to read the Success Stories and use that for motivation to keep going and try even harder. You'll notice some people have amazing transformations but it took 6-12 months so don't give up. It takes time. It goes on slowly over time and it will come off slowly.

Wow, you are beautiful and amazing. Keep going!

Wow! You are beautiful in all your pics but so much healthier now. Thanks for the encouragement.
