I just use my treadmill when I can't get out and run. Dark evenings or weather too bad out. I use the treadmill for shorter faster runs and find the time goes much faster doing speed work. 800 metre sprints then cool downs or sometimes I start a comfortable speed then increase the speed every 5 mins. Love the idea of the Poo Tracker app. I've found since reducing my intake I'm not going as often although my stats are always over in fiber.

If you are loosing on the calories you have been set then stick with it. If not maybe up date your settings as they change as you loose weight. You've lost 46 pounds which is amazing!!!

Just had some for my dinner. I like the one with pineapple in. I had it on my Jacket potato with salad. Sometimes have it on Rivitas for lunch too. Low calorie and high in protein.

Just worked out my overs and shorts so far this week and I'm actually only ONE CALORIE over!!!! Not feeling so bad now :-)

Thanks for all the comments. I did plan to eat the Kit Kat the day before as I'd been running but as I ate my dinner late I found that I didn't fancy it so had it today instead. Running days (which are 4 a week) I don't usually eat back all my calories so my calories over the week are usually under so I don't feel bad.…

I eat healthy and run 4 times a week and eat back my calories. Mix up your running maybe by a short fast run one day then a longer one on another day? Shock your body. Good luck with it.

Start by a walk jog walk and build it up slowly. If your legs ache the next day just rest and go again the day after. You will soon be able to run the full 5K without any walking.

Running shouldn't bulk you up. Look at all the top lady runners they are very lean.

5'7" and aiming for 150 pounds. Haven't been at 150 since my teens. Looking forward to dragging less around when I go running. Good luck all x
