I go for the overall weekly as days after a long run I get very hungry.
-
I wear a Striiv Pedometer and just log those calories. It works for me!
-
I add only pure water to the water cup and any other drinks to drinks.................Simples :drinker:
-
I put either frozen berries then take it to work for lunch or a spoonful of Jam (jelly).

You just do what you enjoy otherwise you wont stick to it. I found running and that's all I do  Love it!

So very sorry for your loss. It seems like you were in a very dark place for a period of your life. We all deal differently with the loss of loved ones. Good luck to you for the future, you are ready to move on now for you and your family.

Sometimes it takes a shock treatment to make people do something. Good luck on your journey. Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life. There will be tough days but there are plenty of us on here to help and guide you on your way x

2 of my favorite foods. Will give these a go. Thanks for posting :flowerforyou:

I've kept it in but the jar lasts a whole lot longer! Make sure you measure it as V.high cals.

Switched mine off too. Can't stand the news feed comments wishing people happy 100 days. Some of them don't even bother filling in a diary, they just log on and do nothing!

8.5 mile run this morning. Lovely day down here in South East England

Added this App a few days ago. Love it!

I've been getting Graze boxes for the last few months and love them. It is expensive but I tend to not select the punnets which I think aren't worth the money. I think if I bought the equivalent at the supermarket I would have to buy lots of different things and would probably over eat them. Graze boxes are the perfect…

Give yourself a huge pat on the back from me. You look like a different man, a slim fitter one! MFP is a fantastic site if only people did listen and stick to it.

Well done for making it happen :drinker:

I based my ideal weight on the BMI scale and just wanted to get in the middle of the healthy section. Set 140 pounds as my goal and feel good around that weight. I did drop below it for a little while but looked and felt too skinny.
-
I'm always snacking too as I always seem to be hungry. Usually around 500 of my daily calories are snacks which normally consist of fruit , cereal bars and chocolate.
-
My "skinny" clothes got too big

Now I have to log it I find a jar lasts forever. Only have it a couple of times a week. Sometimes on toast or in a sandwich with cucumber, its well nice. Oh and it has to be Crunchie!!!

140 was my goal and I reached it but have dropped a little below now so I'll have 140 as my top weight and if I go over it I'll work to stay under it. Aimed for this weight as its bang in the middle of "Healthy" on the BMI scale.

Well done on hitting your goal. A fantastic weight loss. I too have hit my goal and just let MFP work out my maintenance calories. The first couple of weeks I still lost so I put up my activity level and now it seems about right. I eat back my exercise calories but not always on the same day if I've done a long run, I'll…

You will need extra calories to run so eat back your running calories. You will still loose the weight. Don't be afraid of carbs they will keep you going. Wholewheat pasta, wholemeal bread and porridge work for me. Good luck
-
Well done. The same works for me. I have certain running days and everything else works round those days. Keep on running!
-
Almost 50 and almost hitting maintenance. Add me if you want
-
I'm always really hungry the day after running so try and keep some calories in reserve to use the day after.
-
I based mine on the BMI chart. I wanted to be in the middle of "healthy" which is 10 stone which is a nice round number too
-
I'm in 100 miles of running in July.

People have different feet so if you are going to start out running you really need to go to a good running sports shop who will check out your feet and let you try some trainers out on the treadmill whilst they film you. Check out the Runners World website to see what type of feet you have. If you wear shoes that don't…

Wearing light grey bottoms and doing work out on the rowing machine. Getting hot and sweaty (like you do). Got off and it looked like I'd wet myself. Note to self : Never wear light grey in the gym again.........Ever!
