i'm also curious about this! i've lost 20 pounds in about 6 months and still need to lose 30 pounds, but the scale will NOT move! if you increase your calories, what are you eating? are you eating larger portions of vegetables, fruits, and lean meats?

don't you just love C25K?! i always attempted to be a runner on my own throughout the years and i always failed because i pushed myself to hard and burned out. C25K has made me love to run - and pushed me a better pace. good job. you're looking great!

i'm on day 4, level 2. i do the entire workout in one session. i do it everyday except on tuesdays - my schedule is really busy that day. i also try to do some other form of exercise at least 3 times a week - usually walk the dog, but sometimes i jog. i eat the same way i did before - lots of salads, lean meant, fruits,…

i think cheat days are more of a mental aspect for me! but, i have to be careful because i'm such a social/emotional eater that i can make any occasion/reason/friend/event/food to make me want to cheat.
