Thanks for all the replies. Nice to see other goals :) I've decided to aim for 155, only 7 more pounds :D

Thanks a lot!! I started around August 2011. Took quite a few "breaks" though, where I slacked off for a month or a few weeks at a time. Seems like a long time but not when you look back on it :)
-
Thanks for the info! And that's the thing, a couple more inches off my stomach would be great. But again, I'm pretty comfortable with my body as is. I haven't been working out as much as I should be so I gotta get back on that, I just do Jillian miachaels videos.

Just out of curiosity... Like I said, I don't really care about the number too much. I was just curious to see what other goals are. I mean, as long as I'm in healthy range, which I am, it's not a big deal. I still think I can lose a bit around my stomach. I also don't want to be super muscular.
-
Yeah lol I don't think, with my body type, I'd look very healthy at 113 :)
-
My calculators (not sure how accurate they are) say I'm around 23% body fat. I'm not overly worried about the scale either, I'm pretty comfortable with my body now. I gotta get back into my videos, they tone me up pretty good :)
-
I had a long way to go when I started too :) you can do it!
-
It was hard for me too when I started because I stressed about it so much. It really doesn't take much, a handful of almonds, a few pieces of cheese, a glass of milk, an apple with peanut butter is a great filler, granola bar... Nuts are high in calories, healthy fat!
-
Me neither, not too sure where I'd like to stay. I don't want to be stick thin, just healthy :)
-
Try increasing your calories by about 100 for about a week, then go another 100, and so on. I found that when I stopped losing, if I increased my calories, I'd start losing consistently again. Your body won't lose weight if you're not eating enough. It doesn't take much, an extra handful of nuts, a couple pieces of cheese.

You gotta experiment a little. See what works for you. I lost 84 pounds in the last 18 months on 1300 cals, I never eat back my excersize calories because for I gain. Some people do, some people don't. I was also only burning around 300-600 cals a day.

You look great!

I've had mine in for 6 months and I've had no problems with it. None of the side affects have applied to me, and in the last year and a half, I've went from weighing 248 pounds to 168 as of today. It hasn't affect my weight loss at all!

I've lost 76 pounds in the past year without stepping fit in a gym... I work out at home, I started with just 5 minutes on my elliptical every day, slowly went up to 30 mins. But I hate the elliptical, I found I dreaded doing it. So I did a round of Jillian michaels 30 day shred, then ripped in 30, and 6 week 6 pack. Now I…

Yes try switching up your work outs, your body will get accustomed to the same work out routine, switch it up to trick your body. Same goes for food. Also, sometimes your body needs to get used to a loss so it takes some time to start losing again. Take measurements! Some times, even though the scale isn't moving, your…

I've lost 71 pounds and now I only have around 10 to lose but it's possible!! Keep going :)
-
I loved the shred, I did it twice. It's super effective! It helped me tone, a lot! I also did her ripped in 30 and now I'm on 6 week 6 pack. She also has a killer buns and thighs video, although I've never tried it. I highly recommend the 30 day shred
-
Day 8 of level 2. I am the same way! Although, I've found in the plank twist if I go slower and really stretch my leg over, I feel it more.
-
I hear ya, well kinda... I don't really enjoy level 2 like I did level 1. But I love the way I feel after I do it, both physically and mentally.
-
Gotta make time :) I am a single mom of one 4 year old girl, and I work full time. I get up at 4:30 am to do my work out video before I go to work, then I do my elliptical right after I put m girl to sleep at night :) I never ever saw myself getting up at 4:30am to work out but now, it's a habit. Plus it gives me lots of…

I've taken one day off, in level one because I was so sore. I was going to give myself a day off in the beginning of level 2 but I didnt get as sore as I expected. No shame in giving yourself a rest day if you need it. In Jillian's Ripped in 30, she actually says that you SHOULD take one or 2 rest days a week.
-
Oops, day 6! Getting ahead of myself hehe
-
I love it! Im only on level two but i can already tell a huge difference! I ordered the dvd, but all 3 levels are on youtube as well
-
Level 2, day 5! I weighed myself today and I'm finally in the 180's :D I'm very happy, it's was my first goal! My end goal is 165, I'm 5'8, with a bigger frame, broad shoulders. My next small goal is 170's!
-
Level 2 day 4 :)
-
I started at 195, gained 2 lbs in the first 2 days, lost 4 right away and have slowly crept my way down to 190... I didn't take measurements but I took photos and I saw a very big difference on day 10 of level 1. I'll take more at the end of level 2
-
Day 3 of level 2... I'm not a fan of planks!

Pregnant woman have natural hcg in their bodies. The artificial hormone taken by mouth or by injection is not quite the same.
-
You were wet, plus probably drank water while brushing your teeth. Also your weight fluctuates all day long. I only weigh myself after I go to the washroom when I first wake up, if I forget, I dont weigh myself till the next morning. You weigh yourself at the same time, in the same circumstances
-
I dont believe the hormone even does anything, it's supposed to stop hunger pains. It doesnt aid in the weight loss, eating 500 calories a day is what does it. And your only allowed to have certain foods - no carrots, but you can have cucumber. No pork, but 3 oz of beef. No grapes, but 6 strawberries. I tried it once, with…
