Eating back burned calories.
Why? I've never understood this so I've never done this. I don't understand the concept of burning 600 calories and then eating them back. Why not just not burn them in the first place, if you're just going to eat them anyway? Please enlighten me.

How important is it to stay under your daily protein level? I mainly keep an eye on sugars, fats, sodium and carbs. I'm never over on carbs and sodium.
