Level 2, day 7! I'm getting sick of level 2, can't wait to move on to level 3! I'm down 7lbs so far

Level 2 day 5!! Almost didn't do it because I just got home from being away. . did it and am SOOO glad I did!
I agree level 2 is getting old. . . v flies aren't as bad now though!0 -
So this should have been my 4th day on level 2 but after feeling really run down and the inside of my left knee being overstretched I'm giving it a rest today. I'll hopefully be back and raring to go tomorrow. How does everyone else do this? Have you been going straight though or do you have a break sometimes?0

I've taken one day off, in level one because I was so sore. I was going to give myself a day off in the beginning of level 2 but I didnt get as sore as I expected. No shame in giving yourself a rest day if you need it. In Jillian's Ripped in 30, she actually says that you SHOULD take one or 2 rest days a week.0

I agree that you should listen to your body. . if you are feeling run down or something i sore, no shame in taking a break. I was going to take a break today because I was away last night. . when I got home, I felt like I needed to do it . . I think I almost enjoy working out now. . scary!0

I hear ya, well kinda... I don't really enjoy level 2 like I did level 1. But I love the way I feel after I do it, both physically and mentally.0

Felt so much better working out this morning after the rest yesterday! I love level 2, well not the plank bits but I try to do my best. Already got Ripped in 30 ordered so I can move straight on to that. First time since my Rosemary Connelly VHS video since I've enjoyed exercise!! (even if I do swear at Jillian on occasions, lol).0
